Sono stata invitata a rappresentare Articolo21 nell’incontro intitolato “Freedom expression in Turkey: Linking academia and the media”, organizzato il 14 giugno 2017 dall’Università di Padova, nell’ambito del ciclo di Global Studies “Breaking boundaries, barriers and walls: what role for universities?”. Ho relazionato sui rischi dei giornalisti in aree di crisi e la difficoltà di trovare la verità in quelle situazioni per poi scrivere pezzi corretti. Assieme a me, Oliver Money-Kyrle (International Federation of Journalists, Brussels), Asli Vatansever (Centre Marc Bloch, Berlin). Moderatore: Fabrizio Tonello (SPGI – Università di Padova).
This event was part of a serie of events supported by the Department of Politics, Law and International Studies. The Seminar focused on the Turkish situazion, with the aim to discuss forms of support to media professionals and academics whose freedom of expression is jeopardised in the country.
